The Start

Call it a day. It started bad, the few first shoppers were annoying. Made me want to scream. And they all paid with a Ben Franklin. Early in the morning, who has the change? It also made me feel poorer, without a penny in my name. One couple tried to cheat, they asked for a rain check. When I tried to call someboday to check if we still have the item, they argued that the ice they were buying is melting if they have to wait. I told them it's on sale for the whole week, they could come later during the week without a raincheck. The husband found a quarter and a penny on the counter and took it, when I told him they don't belong to them he only gave me back the penny and hide the quarter in his palm. Is the economy that bad? After they left I check the shelves and found out that the coffee they want are available. They just want the raincheck for next time when the sale is over.
