Pocky

Customers are not easy to please. I helped one today that bought 5 Pocky snacks. Her bag was full, I organized it carefully. Afraid that the snacks woulf fall off, I put them at the bottom and on top I put two bags of candy. Later she came back saying I charged her 7. I told her the 6th one was scanned accidently, therefore I voided it. I showed her that on the 7th there was a minus sign next to it. Then she said that she only found 4 boxes of Pocky so I gave her another one, although I am sure her grandkid who went along with her must have ate it. I didn't find it left on my counter and there's no way it fell off unless the bag has a hole on the bottom.
